AD SYSTEMS can economically conduct a sign code check of your site to determine compliance with local sign permit restrictions. Our professional sign code check includes the following:
Permits
- Permit research information including current zoning ordinance classifications and requirements for maximum square footage, height and illumination
- Information on sign setback distances and projection limits, “grandfather” clauses and the permitting allowances for replacement of existing signs
- Information on required permit drawing elevations, engineered drawings and permit fees
Variances
- Identify any signage which does not meet existing codes, determine if a variance was obtained when originally installed and whether a variance will be required when a future change is made
- Variance fee estimates
Changes in Conditions
- Verify that the locations for exterior signs are still appropriate based on current conditions
